1.Data we collect
Account information: name, email, phone number (optional) and preferred language.
Business information (business plan): business name, tax code, address, contact phone and the business licence you upload.
Transaction information: orders, purchased plans, payment method and status. The website does not store card numbers; card details are handled by the payment gateway.
2.How we use it
To create and manage your account, verify your email, activate memberships, issue invoices, support you when you contact us and keep the system secure.
3.Cookies and browser storage
The website uses cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language. Some tools, such as the question checklist in the Handbook, are stored only in your browser and never sent to our servers.
4.Sharing data
Data is shared only with parties needed to provide the service, such as payment gateways (MoMo, VNPay, PayPal, banks) and server and email infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal data.
5.Storage and security
Passwords are stored with one-way hashing. Connections to the website are encrypted and access to data in the admin system is limited by role.
6.Retention
